Celebrate the great gift of laughter on Global Belly Laugh Day, January 24. On January 24 at 1:24 p.m. ( your local time) people around the world smile, throw their arms in the air and laugh out loud.Laughter is good for your health and contagious! Anyone that knows me, knows that I laugh a lot and probably during times that I should be quiet. Now, I can tell them that I am laughing for health reasons! Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.
