Let’s discuss this latest trend: gluten-free. I am guessing the majority of people couldn’t point out gluten in a line up, yet they have heard they need to stay away from it. So what is a gluten-free diet? It’s a diet that does not include the protein found in wheat, rye and barley. This protein is gluten.
